THE ONE AND ONLY SHAD RELEASE COMPETITION In keeping with our fundamental mission statement KZN Fishing is proud to announce a shad/elf competition with a difference. All shad in these two competitions must be released. General Rules 1.0 Any member of the fishing fraternity is allowed to enter 2.0 All MCM rules will apply 3.0 The Management of KZN Fishing will make the final decisions 4.0 The Competition is Open from the 6th of June 2011 to the close of the Shad Season 5.0 Fishing is permitted on any Rock and Surf venue within the coastal jurisdiction of MCM. 6.0 Marine Protected Areas are excluded. 7.0 Entry is FREE Largest Shad Competition Rules 1.0 The Competition is based on Catch and Release. 2.0 The Entry Photograph must show the fish against a measure tape or ruler. 3.0 There MUST also be a clear photograph of the actual release. 4.0 Post all entries on the dedicated thread under the following heading
