Ingredients - (Makes app. 9 to 12)
½ Kg Hake/Mullet Fillets – Steamed, Deboned and peeled 1 Medium Onion chopped finely 3 Green Chillies chopped finely Dhania – Chopped finely 1 Egg Salt to taste ¼ Teaspoon Jeera Powder ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Ginger & Garlic ¼ Teaspoon Dhania Powder ½ Cup Flour
Method
Shred and wash fillets in large mixing bowl. Add onion, green chillies, dhania, spices and egg. Mix well until mixture slightly sticky so that it can be easily moulded. Shape as desired (Circles or oval) Roll in flour and fry in hot oil for +/- 5 minutes until each side is lightly browned.
