Ingredients
2 cups rice – 1/2 boiled 10 crab sticks cut into pieces 1 kg prawns in shells 1 dozen mussels in shells 250g calamari rings 3 boiled eggs – shelled Pepper – red, yellow, green cut as desired 1 onion chopped ½ cup soy sauce ¼ cup black raisins 1 tablespoon crushed garlic Salt to taste 4 tablespoon oil (olive oil recommended)
Method Heat oil in pan, add prawns, calamari, crab sticks, onion, garlic, peppers and salt. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes, then add soy sauce and allow to simmer for 5 minutes, and then remove from stove.
Heat oil in a wok or separate pan, add rice, raisins, soy sauce and allow to simmer for 5 minutes. Add mussels in chutney, boiled eggs and garnish with dhania.
Mussels Prepare in a chutney using ½ onion, 1 green chilli, 3 to 4 grated tomatoes and 1 teaspoon curry powder and a pinch of salt.
